Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April, and other applicable legislation, we inform you that the personal data provided by the shareholder to VCF will be processed for the purposes of managing your access request, as well as the shareholder relationship (including, without limitation, delegation and remote voting, as well as the holding and broadcasting of the Meeting). The legal basis for processing the personal data is the execution of the business relationship with the shareholder and compliance with legal obligations.

The data controller is Valencia Club de Fútbol, S.A.D. ("VCF"), with VAT number A46050217, with registered office at Plaza del Valencia CF, Nº 2 – 46010 Valencia. Your data will be kept during the time periods necessary to fulfil VCF's legal obligations or for as long as responsibilities may arise from the shareholder relationship.

The shareholder's personal data will not be transferred to third parties except to: (i) the Notary Public attending the Meeting exclusively in relation to the preparation of the notarial minutes of said Meeting; or (ii) the authorities and judges and/or courts, at their request, for the fulfilment of a legal mandate and/or for the exercise of legal actions that may correspond to VCF.

All data fields flagged as mandatory in this form must be completed. Refusal to provide such data could impede the ability to access the Meeting's platform.

The development of the Meeting will be livestreamed for shareholders to facilitate their follow-up, and photographs will be taken for internal documentation of the event. By accessing the venue of the Meeting and/or participating remotely, the attendee agrees that his/her image and/or voice may be captured for the indicated purposes.

The shareholder will have the possibility to access to the data provided, as well as to request, if necessary, their rectification, opposition, suppression, restriction to processing, or portability, under the terms established by the applicable legislation on data protection, as well as to revoke his/her express authorization for the use of his/her image rights, by sending a written communication to Plaza Valencia CF, Nº2, or by e-mail to lopd@valenciacf.es. We also inform you that you can contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) or Responsible for Data Protection of VCF by e-mail address at lopd@valenciacf.es or by phone number at +34 96 337 26 26. In any case, the shareholder may exercise his/her right to lodge a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
